1. Overview
At PayySite, we work hard to deliver every service — including US bank accounts, payment gateway setups, and trading addresses — accurately and on time. Because most of our services involve real, non-reversible account applications with third-party financial institutions, refunds are handled carefully and are only available under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Eligible for Refund
- The service was not delivered within the promised timeframe and no reasonable update was provided.
- PayySite is unable to complete the requested service due to an internal error on our part.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same order by mistake.
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- The order was rejected by a bank or payment provider due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
- The account or service was successfully delivered and activated.
- The customer changed their mind after the application process had already started.
- Third-party activation fees or Trading Address fees already paid to partner institutions.
4. Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be returned using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. In some cases, refunds may be issued as service credit toward a future order, if agreed with the customer.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PayySite's website and services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
PayySite assists founders and businesses with opening US bank accounts, payment gateway accounts (such as Stripe, Payoneer, Wise, Airwallex, Relay, and Zil Money), Shopify Payments activation, and US Trading Address services. We act as a facilitator between you and the relevant financial institutions or platforms.
3. Eligibility & Accuracy of Information
- You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information for every order.
- Some services require an existing United States company; if you do not have one, we can assist with company formation separately.
- PayySite is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our Services page are in USD and may include separate activation or Trading Address fees where applicable. Full payment is generally required before we begin processing an order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Delivery Timeline
Most services are delivered within a few business days; however, timelines can vary depending on the bank, payment provider, or platform involved, and on factors outside our control. We will keep you updated throughout the process via WhatsApp or email.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to requests for documents or verification information.
- Use the accounts and services obtained through PayySite in compliance with the relevant institution's terms and applicable law.
- Keep your account credentials secure once delivered.
7. Limitation of Liability
PayySite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, an account or service obtained through us, including account suspensions or closures made by third-party institutions.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Overview
Because our services involve real applications to banks, payment providers, and platforms, exchanges are handled differently than a typical product swap. This policy explains when and how you can exchange one PayySite service for another.
2. When an Exchange Is Possible
- The originally selected service could not be delivered because the provider does not accept applications from your country or business type, and you would like to switch to a different available service.
- Your order has not yet entered processing with the third-party institution.
- You wish to upgrade to a higher-value service before processing begins — the price difference will apply.
3. When an Exchange Is Not Possible
- The service has already been submitted to, or approved by, the third-party bank, payment provider, or platform.
- Activation fees or Trading Address fees have already been paid to a third party on your behalf.
- The requested replacement service requires eligibility you do not meet (for example, requiring an existing US company).
4. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, message our team on WhatsApp or email with your order details and the service you'd like instead. Our team will confirm whether the exchange is possible and let you know about any price difference before proceeding.
5. Price Differences
If the new service costs more than your original order, you will be asked to pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be issued as service credit toward a future order.
