How do I know what is happening with my order?
Log in to your dashboard. Every order shows its status — awaiting payment, processing, on hold or completed — a progress bar, and each update our team posts. You also get an email for every update.
What does "On hold" mean?
It means we are waiting on something: usually a document from you, or a response from the state, IRS, bank or platform. The latest update on your order explains what is needed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and Wise are available by default; card payments can be enabled. After you place an order, the payment page shows every option with exact instructions.
Do you guarantee bank or payment account approval?
Approval is always the provider's decision. We prepare a complete, accurate application and follow up with you until there is a decision. If something is rejected we explain why and the options you have.
Can I get a refund?
